Wednesday 7.00pm till 9.00pm - 16+ years, cost £3.00 * for training wear any sports
gear your comfortable in, shorts, t-shirt, vest, etc. and bring a bottle of water,
towel and any medication you may require (ventolin, etc).. Advanced Classes (Joined
with MMA Team Jedi) * these classes are for advanced students only. They are hard

Torbay is part of the Combative Edge Academy group, a group of martial arts clubs
dedicated to providing real self defence skills based on the principles or practical
and realistic training at all ranges. . Instructors:
Paul started
in the Martial Arts over ten years ago after attending a Thai Boxing class with
Kieran while they were at college together. He stayed at this for 1.5 years before
moving to Budo Eskrima with Kieran. Paul studied Budo Eskrima for 8 years and
gain his instructorship in this art.. Paul is currently studying JKD Concepts
and Doce Pares Eskrima with CEA's Dave Green and travels up to the North West
on a regular basis to continue that training. Paul is currently at Level One on
the CEA Instructor Programme. Kieran
has been training in the Martial arts for over 10 years now. He started at the
age of Sixteen training in Thai boxing before moving to train in Budo Eskrima,
a local style based on elements of several systems. Kieran has worked as a bouncer
for a popular Paignton Pub for the last 6 years and knows the usefulness of simple
effective techniques, coupled with practical restraining ones. Kieran is also
at Level one on the CEA Instructor programme and travels with Paul to the main
CEA location on a regular basis.
