Curriculum:
The
styles are judo, japanese jiujitsu based as well as brazillian
and obvious pancrase style jap kickboxing and wrestling
with a great deal of emphasis on kick ,punch,grapple there
is a great deal to take in.

"6 years ago I passed the Lionsden tryout and trained
as well as becoming good friends with Ken and Frank shamrock,
Jerry, Vernon, Mickey and the like soon after I joined
Shamrock 2000 and now regard Bob shamrock as a father
to me.After that i decided to go to Japan where i tried
out to fight in Pancrase . I was the first person from
England to fight in Pancrase in the breakthrough tour
1999 then again against Kosei kubota dec 1999.
During
that time I became great friends with Akihiro Gono the
VTJ fighter and before I new it I was training every day
with Kaoro Uno , Mach Sakurai, Sudoh Genki, Sanae Kikuta(to
whome i owe my spider and hip guard to thank you), Rumina
sato ......etc "
