Instructor : We all chip in with what weve learnt from MMA instructional videos, courses and training in other martial arts and are always willing to try out new techniques and training regimes. Anything anyone we can bring to the pot. We are not hugely competitive; some are interested in competing Pancrase, or submission only or just for the heck of it

Location : Ipswich

Training - primarily submission wrestling, some striking and Gi work. We train regularly at lunchtimes at work, if you wish to train get in touch by email ubik@lineone.net and we can get evenings/weekends access to the gym. We are flexible depending on work commitments.
