Lessons comprise: A warm-up which includes many different strength, stamina, agility and flexibility exercises which all have practical application in Shootfighting

Stand-up training - Thai boxing style pad training, sparring drills and sparring Clinch training - Use of clinches to prevent strikes, to set up strikes and to set up takedowns Ground - Work in position, escape, submission, counter submission and striking All training is in a large, warm and permanently matted room.
