Extra info - Our instructors have backgrounds in many styles, ( wrestling, judo, boxing, muy thai, kick boxing, j.k.d and wing chun ), however we do not promote this, because we believe that to be effective in modern MMA you shouldn't have a base system. Instead you should be comfortable and capable in every thing you do.

Training is all geared towards modern MMA competition
