Herman van Tol & SFUK Holland Herman van Tol, a wrestler who is know for his strength. He's fought matches in wrestling and Free Fight. Right now he is scheduled for RINGS 10th June against Remco Pardoel, his planning: beat Remco and then challenge Joop Kasteel. I met Herman at the Beverwijk Explosion Show and did a little interview with this coach, trainer and competitor. SFUK Holland: Soon at the next RINGS show 10th june, you will be fighting Remco Pardoel, what do you expect? Herman van Tol : I really don’t know, a KO is almost not possible with Remco, I just think it will be a tough fight! SFUK Holland: What do you know about Remco?
SFUK Holland: First your plan is to beat Remco and then you are going to challenge Joop Kasteel? Herman van Tol : That is right but I am not thinking of that right now, first this fight. SFUK Holland: Are you at the top of your career? Herman van Tol : I hope so! I would not be fighting if I wasn’t. SFUK Holland: Do you have any matches to come before or after the upcoming RINGS show? Herman van Tol : No, I could fight at this show if I wanted but the preparation time was to short and I wanna give myself 100% against Remco Pardoel, rather than 2 matches 50%. I don’t want to injure myself to for a fight. SFUK Holland: What is the secret of Dutch Heavyweights? Herman van Tol : We have a lot heavyweights, so we have lots of competition. The more we have the better we become. Because of the experience! SFUK Holland: Joop Kasteel, is he an excpample of sportmanship for you? Herman van Tol : Yes he is, I fought my third match against him and lost because of a kick on my chest. But again thirst Pardoel and then Joop Kasteel, We just gonna try it! SFUK Holland: Imagine you fight in the UFC, who would you challenge? Herman van Tol : I don’t like the UFC very much, I will stick with Free Fight. RINGS has got good fighters and a good match making, I like it there! SFUK Holland: Are you under contract? Herman van Tol : No I fight when they ask and when they have a good opponent. SFUK Holland: Tonight you have 2 students fighting. What do you think? Herman van Tol : I hope they will win ofcourse! Both are in good condition and well trained. Marco Mulder is a starting fighter (win) and John van Wanrooy is fighting is 12th match (win). SFUK Holland: Succes with you school and fights! Herman van Tol : Thank you!
